Trill Family Privacy Policy
Last updated: 12/21/2025
This Privacy Policy explains how Trill Family ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects your information when you use the Trill Family mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Age suitability: Trill Family is designed for a general audience and is suitable for users aged 9 years and older. The app may include user-generated content (such as text prompts or messages) that can occasionally contain mild profanity, crude language, or emotionally intense themes (for example, messages related to grief, loss, or tough-love conversations). We encourage parents and guardians to review the app and its features with younger users and to guide how it is used within their family.

While the app is generally suitable for users aged 9 and older, younger users (for example, ages 9–12) should use the Service with the knowledge and guidance of a parent or guardian, especially when creating voice recordings or entering free-form text prompts. Parents and guardians are encouraged to review how the app works and help set expectations for what kind of content is appropriate in their family.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us so we can take appropriate action, which may include deleting the information and/or closing the associated account.
9. International Data Transfers
We may process and store your information on servers located in countries other than your own. These countries may have data protection laws that are different from those in your jurisdiction.
Where required by law, we implement appropriate safeguards (such as contractual protections) to help ensure that your personal information remains protected.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice as required by law.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
